A new smile for the toothless

Philippine Navy officers try their new dentures at the Navy headquarters in Manila. Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo's husband Mike Arroyo gave away at least 6,000 free dentures to police officers, military personnel, their dependents and civilian employees in the capital as part of his project "A New Smile for the Toothless" to help them regain their self-confidence.
